Our History

Our Founder Mr. Milton L. Collier made history in 2018 as one of Amazon’s first-ever branded Delivery Service Partners (DSPs)—selected in the top 20 out of millions of applicants.

Since then, Mr. Collier has played a key role in shaping the DSP program, participated in national recruiting events, new DSP training at Amazon HQ in Seattle, and multiple public relations campaigns with Amazon Logistics.

Mr. Collier, a pioneer in the logistics industry and early member of Amazon’s DSP Community Advisory Group, became a trusted voice and example for other partners.

Mr. Collier was also one of the first speakers at the original Amazon Ignite Event, where he shared insights on recruiting strategies and building a robust driver pipeline.

Today, he has evolved his mission: to empower and support new and existing Amazon DSPs and Amazon Freight Partners (AFPs) by offering the tools, services, and guidance they need to succeed in a competitive logistics landscape. From recruitment solutions to branded websites and marketing support, DriverAzon is dedicated to helping partners grow strong, scalable, and professional operations.

DriverAzon services include:

  • Branded website development tailored for DSP and AFP operations

  • Free job posting services to help recruit drivers quickly and efficiently

  • Custom tools and resources to help partners build a strong driver pipeline, brand their businesses, and position themselves for growth

At DriverAzon, we believe that your success is our mission. Whether you’re just starting as an Amazon partner or scaling your operation, we’re here to support you every step of the way with insight, experience, and powerful solutions designed for the logistics industry.
